Along with that, we offer the ability to see and feel the results of Dr. Baird's esthetic dentistry on your actual teeth before the treatment. For years it has been difficult to visualize the possibilities of esthetic dentistry on individuals. Dr. Baird has devised the temporary "Mock-Up" system to simulate right on your teeth what your real new smile will look like. The mock-up can be shaped to lengthen teeth, close noticeable gaps between teeth and create the illusion of a straighter smile. The realization of the possibilities can be a dramatic experience. Our patients swear this is the most realistic process to see and experience what the actual results of treatment will look like. When you're all finished, the composite material comes right off.

Dr. Baird's philosophy is to be very conservative in his dental treatment for his patients. He will always try to maintain as much tooth structure as possible. When the procedure indicates that a full crown is not necessary, he will provide patients with inlays and onlays, which are conservative porcelain treatments covering only the indicated surfaces of the tooth that are involved; these are not considered crowns because they are not full coverage, but still provide the strength and function necessary when decay and/or old fillings are removed.

Dr. Baird also replaces silver fillings (amalgams) with tooth colored fillings (composite) for a more attractive inner mouth. He often repairs single anterior teeth, which can be a difficult task for others and also can treat patients for most general dentistry procedures.

We also offer our patients convenient hygiene appointments, pre-medication when necessary, transportation to and from appointments and heating and massage pads in operatory chairs. The entire process is resolute in making sure you are completely comfortable, even if all you need is a routine cleaning.
